Fitzgerald Rods announced that it's signed Bassmaster Elite Series angler David Williams to a sponsorship deal. Williams, a North Carolina resident, finished 61st in the Elite Series Angler of the Year (AOY) race as a rookie in 2015 and logged a 7th-place showing at Lake Havasu.
