Reel manufacturer Ardent announced that it's added six new anglers to its pro staff – FLW Tour pros J.T. Kenney, Michael Neal, Clayton Batts, Bryan Schmitt and Jim Jones, along with Bassmaster Opens competitor Andrew Slegona.
"With the astonishing amount of research (Ardent has) put in, they have found the perfect balance of weight, casting distance and durability that makes Ardent second to none. My only source of income is fishing and the only reel on my deck will be Ardent.”
The newcomers join a staff that consists of Denny Brauer, Fred Roumbanis, Clifford Pirch and Scott Canterbury.
