Palaniuk's service stop a hit with preschoolers

A brief stop for some service on his boat Thursday resulted in Brandon Palaniuk giving a group of Oklahoma preschoolers a tour of his Skeeter.

According to a story in the Grand Lake News, Palaniuk pulled into the parking lot at Wanda's Wee Daycare in Grove, Okla., to have some equipment inspected by a service crew member. It was the first open parking lot that he passed. After he pulled in, children at the day care center rushed to the window to get a closer look at Palaniuk's colorful truck and boat.

Wanda Spychalski, the owner of the day care, approached Palaniuk to see if he'd mind if the kids came out to see his rig. The Bassmaster Classic qualifier obliged and posed for pictures and answered questions from the kids.

"It totally made my day and put a smile on my face," Palaniuk told the paper.
