For Brent Chapman, today was about learning a new body of water. Despite growing up in Kansas and fishing many of Ozark lakes, the current Angler of the Year points leader had not made a cast on Norfork Lake until today. In preparation for this week’s unique Elite Series event that will see the competition play out on two lakes – Norfork and Bull Shoals – he started his practice at Norfork. He plans to spend the next 2 days at Bull Shoals before revisiting Norfork on Wednesday.
