Bassmaster Elite Series pro Keith Combs is conducting an auction on his Facebook page for a guided trip for two on Sam Rayburn or Toledo Bend Reservoir. All proceeds for the auction will benefit Warriors Weekend, a non-profit organization dedicated to the support of veterans with an emphasis on those wounded in the Global War on Terrorism.
The auction is in conjunction with the annual crappie and bass tournament held in Ganado, Texas on Lake Texana. The event was started a few years ago by one of Combs' sponsors, BLV Enterprises, and has raised nearly 75,000 dollars to date.
To submit a bid, send Combs a message on his Facebook page (www.Facebook.com/KeithCombsFishing/). The winner will also receive a Keith Combs Signature Series rod and Shimano reel from Tackle Addict. Bidding closes at 7 p.m. on Saturday (June 4).
