Elite Series angler Chad Pipkens will be using rods made by Swate Fishing this year as part of a new sponsorship deal.
“We are stoked to have Chad fishing Swate rods this year," said Swate's Sam Wike. "We look forward to his hard-working, never give up attitude, and we have already made small tweaks to the rods from his feedback so he can be as competitive as possible on the tour.
“We say that Swate Fishing Co. is 'For those who understand fishing is about creativity, adventure, and freedom.' We are building rods for any type of fishing where really passionate anglers exist but we are excited to partner with Chad to develop our bass fishing sticks, and specifically our finesse rods”.
Wike said rods will be available for online ordering early next month.
“I am super pumped to be working with the guys with Swate Fishing," Pipkens said. "They are insanely creative with a great lineup of rods and I look forward to working closely with them on my signature series."
