Browning announces return to Ranger

As the 2021 Major League Fishing Bass Pro Tour readies to start the season at Sam Rayburn Reservoir later this month, veteran competitor Stephen Browning has announced he is returning to the boat manufacturer he began his career with in back in 1996.

“I’m grateful for the years I’ve spent with Triton that goes back to 2000,” Browning said. “But when the most iconic bass boat brand in the industry asks you to come aboard, quite honestly, it’s a privilege and honor. Of course I said yes.

“I started my career in a Ranger and I want to finish my career in a Ranger, whether it be 5 years down the road or 20 years. It’s no surprise that Ranger has one of the most loyal followings in the industry and being associated with the Ranger brand, I feel my fanbase will no doubt grow as well. I’ll also be working with Bradford Marine as my local Ranger Dealer, another iconic brand and dealership in the state of Arkansas and one that I’ve had a personal relationship with for over 40 years.”

Said White River Marine Group pro staff manager Scott Arms: “Ranger's decades-long tradition of excellence on the water has been proven at every level of competitive fishing and our pro staff is a reflection of that. We couldn't be prouder to be welcoming back homegrown Arkansas boy Stephen Browning, who brings immense experience and a wealth of success to the Ranger family. We're excited to see what he does out of his Z521L."
