For the 11th consecutive year, Major League Fishing angler Randy Howell will give away his tournament boat as a benefit for King's Home, a faith-based ministry in Alabama that operates 21 group homes serving children, teens and mothers who've suffered abuse, abandonment or neglect.
"Thanks to the generosity of the fishing community last year, we set a new record, raising $318,000 with 3,186 ticket donations," Howell said. "We want to break that record again."
This year's boat is a 2021 Triton 21-TRX Elite with a Mercury 250 Pro-XS 4stroke engine with less than 100 hours. It's loaded with three Lowrance HDS Live units, a Lowrance Ghost trolling motor, Gatorguard Keelshield, T-H Marine Atlas HD hydraulic jackplate, two 8-foot Power-Pole blades, custom Bluewater LED lighting package on boat and trailer, three Impulse lithium batteries, Power-Pole Charge system, T-H marine Hydrowave and accessories,
stainless steel fenders and 17-inch Triton custom wheel package with General tires.
Tickets for the drawing are $100 each and are tax-deductible. There are no limits on the number of ticket donations a person can make and the winner need not be present for the drawing, which will be live-streamed at 2 p.m. Central time Saturday (Nov. 13) at www.Facebook.com/RandyHowellFishing. Ticket donations will be taken until noon that day.
