BFHOF's Classic auction runs through Sunday

BFHOF's Classic auction runs through Sunday

As the bass fishing world focuses on the Bassmaster Classic this week, bass anglers everywhere have the opportunity to celebrate, promote and preserve the sport by supporting the Bass Fishing Hall of Fame’s Classic Week online auction. For the opportunity to win tournament jerseys from many of the Classic anglers, along with unique tackle packages from leading brands, click here to register and browse the items. The auction will run until 10 p.m. ET Sunday.

“It’s been great to see the many Classic anglers who are supporting the auction, plus we’ll be adding additional jerseys and gear items throughout the entire weekend,” notes Steve Bowman, a Bass Fishing Hall of Famer and chair of the BFHOF board’s development committee. “We appreciate the support from Daiwa, Lew’s, Strike King, PRADCO, Rapala, and Shimano, and their efforts in putting together special items tied into the Classic anglers they support.”

The Hall uses the funds raised to support bass fishing conservation efforts nationwide, and also for its annual banquet where it honors its most recent inductees. This year’s banquet will take place on Thursday, Oct. 6, again at Johnny Morris’ Wonders of Wildlife Museum & Aquarium, next to the flagship Bass Pro Shops location in Springfield.
