Grass returning on Toledo Bend's Texas side

Hydrilla, which has been almost nonexistent in Toledo Bend Reservoir for most of the past decade, is making a dramatic recovery on the Texas side, which is good news for anglers. There's been much less new growth on the Louisiana side, which biologists attribute to more turbid, muddier water.
