Mah wins inaugural Western Bass Shootout

Veteran West Coast Tournament ace Ken Mah of Elk Grove, Calif. won the inaugural Western Bass Shootout over the weekend at the California Delta with a three-day total of 61.54 pounds. He took command of the event with a tournament-best 27.58 pounds on Day 1 and was never seriously challenged thereafter, prevailing by more than 7 pounds over runner-up Beau Joudrey.
