Big Bass Splash's Sealy dies at 75

Bob Sealy, the founder and operator of the popular Big Bass Splash Tournaments for the past 40 years, died Tuesday following a battle with cancer.

"It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of our beloved founder, Mr. Bob Sealy," the organization said in a statement released today. "A father, grandfather, and a friend to all, Bob was passionate about delivering the very best to anglers and touched countless lives through his decades of unwavering dedication and visionary leadership."

Sealy was a 2022 inductee into the Bass Fishing Hall of Fame.
