Texoma: High water brings uncertainty

The water level at Lake Texoma is extremely high due to all the rain that's fallen along the Texas-Oklahoma border recently, and all of the lake's cover will be in play when BASSFest gets under way on Wednesday. Brent Chapman managed a few keeper bites on the first day of practice and eliminated some water, but he wonders whether the lake will muddy up if the level begins to recede with the arrival of dry weather.
