Scott Martin won the Lake Champlain FLW Tour for the third time in his career on Sunday as he caught a 16-pound bag for a 4-day total of 74-10. He led the event from start ot finish after catching a tournament-best 22-05 stringer on day 1.
He prevailed by a pound over runner-up Jason Meninger, who sacked 17-11 on the final day.
