McKinnis takes mound at Minute Maid Park

B.A.S.S. co-owner Jerry McKinnis and other B.A.S.S. officials were in Houston earlier this week for some meetings in advance of next year's Bassmaster Classic at nearby Lake Conroe.

As it happened, the Houston Astros were hosting the St. Louis Cardinals at Minute Maid Park, which will serve as the weigh-in site during the Classic. McKinnis, always a baseball aficionado, took the mound prior to the Astros-Cards game on Wednesday afternoon to throw out the first pitch.

McKinnis did a solid job with his delivery and got a decent ovation from the crowd.

Check out McKinnis' first pitch in the embedded video below taken from the Facebook page of his son, Mike McKinnis.
