Greenfish adds Prince, Myers

Greenfish Tackle has announced the signing of Elite Series anglers Cliff Prince and Britt Myers to its pro staff.

“Cliff Prince and I have been friends for a few years now and he absolutely believes in the company’s mission," said Greenfish brand manager Gettys Brannon. "Cliff is technical with his tackle and appreciates the quality that Greenfish brings to the end of his line."

Prince, known for his ability with topwater lures and sight fishing, will have some Florida-based colors added to the Greenfish balsa bait lineup.

“When I call I talk to the guy that owns the company, I get the bait, I tie it on, and go fish with confidence with no worry or hassle of changing hooks, skirts, and other essentials to win a tournament,” Prince said.

Myers, fresh off a 2016 season that feature his first career Elite Series victory at Winyah Bay, is grateful to work with a company based not far from his home in South Carolina.

“Working with a regional company like Greenfish Tackle means a lot," he said. "They really care. I’ve been an Elite Series pro for over 10 years, I know and have seen companies, where the anglers' input doesn’t really mean anything. This is truly a pro-driven approach where they directly take the information that they have and make tournament winning baits, for sure,”

Added Greenfish co-owner Jon Hair, “We are excited to add not only an Elite Series champion, but a well-respected name in the business of tournament angling. Britt fits the mold of the Greenfish brand and the mission. We feel this partnership will help us grow tremendously."
