Bill Lowen has joined the ranks of tour pros competing out of aluminum boats as he's signed on with Xpress for the 2018 Bassmaster Elite Series season. Lowen, who's fished out of a Skeeter since the inception of the Elite Series in 2006, will run an Xpress Xclusive Pro Series X21.
