California's Clear Lake, long regarded as one of the top bass fisheries in the country, is a tough nut to crack right now – skilled anglers are reportedly having a tough time catching even a few fish in a full day on the water. Lake County Record-Bee outdoors writer Terry Knight, an avid tournament angler with decades of experience on the lake, has written a column suggesting that a lack of oxygen in the water might be the problem.
