Alton Jones announced in a Facebook post that he was involved in a serious auto accident on his way to this week's Bass Pro Tour event at Lake St. Clair in Michigan. His tow vehicle and boat were totaled and he'll compete in the tournament from a borrowed boat.
Jones' wife, Jimmye Sue, suffered a broken sternum in the wreck but has since been released from the hospital.
