Mighty River Recovery, a conservation group formed recently to address the decline in fish populations on parts of the St. Johns River, will conduct two public informational meetings this week. The meetings will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday (June 27) and 1 p.m. Saturday (June 29) at Highland Park Fish Camp in DeLand, Fla.
Attendees will view a live presentation detailing the group's mission, hear the detailed plan to increase habitat on the fishery and have the opportunity to participate in a question-and-answer session.
